The story
Circus Media began with a curveball. Founder Carly Luke unexpectedly fell pregnant with her first child — the kind of moment that usually stalls a career rather than launches one. Carly did the opposite: she built a deliberately different agency, integrated by design, where strategy, story and creative live together instead of in silos.
What started at a kitchen table is now a full portfolio of clients, with Carly as Founder & PR Director and her sister Emily Kingston as Managing Director — Carly's instinct for story and relationships alongside Emily's strategic, process-driven mind.

We are a small, hands-on team who genuinely give a damn about the brands we work with. Senior thinking sits behind everything we do — and because we're small, you're never a number. You get people who know your business, care how it goes, and stay invested well past the launch.
